A premium orange wine, hand crafted through gentle maceration. This comes from a single estate in Provence and follows traditional Provençal heritage, but using time-honoured techniques that allow the white grape skins to rest with the juice. The same process that gives rosé its colour but here applied to white grapes instead of red for something refreshingly different, drawing out extraordinary depth, texture and character.

The biodynamic growing style allows the skins to arrive already imbued with balance - something that shines through in the harmonious nature of this wine.

A limited parcel from a single-estate, soft and elegant, yet with enough grip for a long finish, resulting in this Orange de Provence style.

The result is a wine of rare character: Ripe pear and fresh peach, honeysuckle and orange blossom, develop into toasted almond, and with a bite of peel to finish.  

Expect a silky, structured body with a long, honeyed finish and subtle tannic grip that only skin-contact wines can deliver.
